COLLEGE AND TRADE SCHOOL EXPLORATION SERIES

Explore college, trades, and career options to help provide you vision and the tools you need to navigate different career paths.

The College and Trade School Exploration series partners high school seniors and young adults with college and trade opportunities year-round. This workshop series is a seven-week series where students will partner with a college and trade exploration mentor to learn and apply the tools and resources needed to pursue their career path of choice while also receiving the necessary financial support to follow these dreams.

DEBUNKING MYTHS OF ATTENDING COLLEGE & TRADE PROGRAMS.

WEEK 2

CAREER EXPLORATION, FINDING WHAT INTERESTS YOU!

WEEK 3

CAREER EXPLORATION, POWER OF CONNECTIONS & NETWORKING.

WEEK 4

FIND YOUR DREAM, INTRODUCTION TO TOURS & OPEN HOUSES.

WEEK 5

CHECKING OFF THE BOXES, APPLYING TO YOUR COLLEGE OR TRADE SCHOOL!

WEEK 6

FUNDING YOUR DREAM, FAFSA AND SCHOLARSHIP OPTIONS.

WEEK 7

FOLLOWING YOUR DREAM, AND REFLECTING ON YOUR PROCESS.
