Learn the basics of cooking in our kitchen!

Cost, shopping, seasonality, local resources + more!
JOURNALING + MEDITATION
Learn about the importance of reflecting, and combat conflicts, anger toward others + sadness with tools to help you be joyful, accomplished, and excited about life!
Identify how to journal to obtain goals both personal + physical!
Learn about other alternative and holistic methods to handling stress, anger, frustrating and sadness.
Having the ability to find joy during hard times, by building character and perseverance.

Come participate and learn more about movement, strength building, hand eye coordination and increasing endurance!
These skills will help you actively engage within the community, with friends, and family!
Outdoor activities include trail walks and learning about the health benefits of air quality, sounds and imagery.

ZUMBA CLASSES
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
