In partnership with NAMINH, NH Children's Behavioral Health Collaborative, and Youth Move NH we are bringing to you the documentary, Resilience.
Free and open to the public, target audience parents and high school students.
Researchers have recently discovered a dangerous biological syndrome caused by abuse and neglect during childhood. As the new documentary Resilience reveals, toxic stress can trigger hormones that wreak havoc on the brains and bodies of children, putting them at a greater risk for disease, homelessness, prison time, and early death. While the broader impacts of poverty worsen the risk, no segment of society is immune. Resilience, however, also chronicles the dawn of a movement that is determined to fight back. Trailblazers in pediatrics, education, and social welfare are using cutting-edge science and field-tested therapies to protect children from the insidious effects of toxic stress—and the dark legacy of a childhood that no child would choose.

Musical portraits, poems, letters in song, questions of herself, a promise of love, tenderness, rage, and exploration -- this is the music of Pinkie Promise. You can expect one hell of a story embedded in each composition, told through the adventurous harmony and sincere lyrics written by singer, Kaitlin Pelkey.
Crispin Swank is a finger-style guitarist and singer from the strip-malled midwest moors of Minnesota. He writes experimental folk songs that meld medieval and contemporary in a cryptic alchemy of unconventional musical gestures.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, singer songwriter Eleanor Elektra combines elements of folk, jazz and classical music within the songwriter idiom to create unique cinematic songs. Largely a self taught guitarist, her playing is both technical and idiosyncratic, skillfully supporting songs that are rich in both composition and execution. She has performed extensively throughout the north east and north west United States and released her first full length record in the Spring 2018 entitled "The Lumberjack"
